Our story
Our team has spent years building software for businesses across the Netherlands. Almost every client hits the exact same wall. Their data is locked inside systems they don't control. Legacy ERPs. Warehouse systems. Accounting suites. It's their data, but getting to it is always a fight.
It became obvious we were solving the same problem over and over. A closed system with zero API access. An export someone has to run by hand every Friday afternoon. Two core applications that should talk to each other, but don't. Everyone on our team had already built the custom plumbing to fix this a dozen times over.
So we changed our approach and built permanent bridges instead: focused software that moves the data. Open-sourcing it made far more sense than charging the next client to rebuild it again.
That's Melosso. A small team doing hands-on software work in the Netherlands, and open-sourcing the software worth sharing.
How we work
Everything we publish is free to run, modify, and self-host. No feature gates, no artificial limits, and no hidden enterprise tier. All the code lives on GitHub.
These products come straight from recurring data bottlenecks we solved on client projects. They handle specific jobs well rather than trying to be all-in-one platforms. That's by design.
You shouldn't need a dedicated ops team to keep software running. We ship single binaries with minimal config and docs that tell you exactly what to expect.
